Can I bring pets?
We love animals here at our studio and welcome them. For the shoot, please also prepare their favourite toys or treats and weepads just in case
Do you provide RAW files?
NO, we do not provide unedited RAW files as they are considered unfinished product
Will I receive guidance during my firsy studio photoshoot?
If it;s your first time at a studio photoshoot, don’t worry We are here to guide your every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable, beautyful and confindent. Together, we’ll capture stunning images that showcase you and your family best features, making for an unforgettable experience.
How to distinguish between private photography and commercial photography?
Family portraits, couple portraits, individual portraits, or pre-wedding photos, etc., intended for personal use and memories, are considered private photography.
Photos used for product promotion, commercial endeavors like Instagram/Facebook shop ads, personal page promotion, live streaming, music video shoots, ads, films, or company website photos are classified as commercial use.
Can I order prints from you after the shoot?
We definitely offer customised framed prints and albums at our studio, and will share more details with you when we deliver your photos.
Booking
Family portraits, couple portraits, individual portraits, or pre-wedding photos, etc., intended for personal use and memories, are considered private photography.
Photos used for product promotion, commercial endeavors like Instagram/Facebook shop ads, personal page promotion, live streaming, music video shoots, ads, films, or company website photos are classified as commercial use.
1. Full payment or 50% retainer payment is required upon booking.
2. If you need to change date, please notify us 14 days in advance for on free rescheduling.

Within 14 days, a HK$400 rescheduling fee applies.

For multiple changes (e.g., canceling makeup, hair, cake, balloons, or designated photographer), each incurs a HK$400 fee.
3. Cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment will not be refunded.
4. Valid for one year from the date of purchase
5. The session fee is transferable but is non-refundable
6. The Goodies Hub reserves the right of final interpretation
7. The company is not responsible for factors beyond its control that may affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather, emergencies, or natural disasters.
8. Tenants are responsible for any personal property loss or bodily harm risks.
9. The company holds no liability for any injuries or accidents occurring inside or outside the studio during the rental period.
10. As the studio is located in an industrial building, the company is not liable for any losses incurred by tenants due to noise disturbances from the surrounding environment.
11. Deliverables Original image files (RAW or unedited photos) shall not be provided. The package does not include all photographs taken during the session; it only covers the specified number of edited images as stated in the package. Any additional edited images may be purchased at the applicable extra cost.
